Just yesterday, seonome asked me if judo was a good stress reliever. I actually paused to think for a moment before I answered. I love training and it certainly is my primary source of fun. However, there are periods when I think I’m not putting enough work in and becomes extremely stressful. So I think you’re right at times like that, it’s important to put things back into perspective and remind yourself that training should be the good kind of challenging and not something that kicks us while we’re down.And Leon is one of my favorites.
