X ARM is Back!

X Arm | Armbar for the WIN!

Ok, so X ARM has nothing to do with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but it might be the most amazing offshoot of MMA ever conceived. Take two guys, tape up their arms in an arm wrestling position, and then let them punch each other in the face until someone "wins". Armbars, head kicks, and even arm wrestling taps ALLOWED.

The best part of X Arm holding a second event (4 years after X Arm 1)? JAMES IRVIN is on the card. This is no longer a sport for CFL dropouts and Junior College Linebackers, real men, with real striking skills, are now competing. While I still highly doubt this event goes down, if it does, I will be watching (on youtube. :) ).

I have started p90x on the reandmeomction of my girlfriend, having already been a fan of kungfu, MMA classes and yoga, I am now pretty much just doing mixedefbbbf martial arts and yoga, perfect combination! p90x seems more of a vanity thing, too many isolated exercises! Compound movements are more effective, but MMA and yoga pure functionality and mentality over the other stuff imo!

I never finished it. I sent it back and got a reufnd. Im sticking mainly to BJJ specific workouts, and sometimes I add weights and cardio. Mainly I just stick with sparing and aefbbbf good diet It has been working out much better. Lots of fun. I thought this p90x wasnt for me. Too borring, and a load of BS, but they were cool about the reufnd, and didnt give me any problems.

Yea, no kidding. 8 mohtns ago. wow No I didnt. I sent it back and got a refund. The home workout thing isnt for me. I think it would have worked tho. They had great customer service and had no problems with them. I did start an mma fitness, and tequnique class, at a local gym, and im training jiu jitsu with Tony the gun Bonello, if that counts for anything I plan on taking yoga in aefbbbf few mohtns and see where that takes me
